Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
What is a Emotional Freedom technique?
Emotional Freedom technique is a world renowned therapeutic system used to facilitate rapid change in a person's emotion state. It has its foundations in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western psychology. It involves the use of specific acupressure points to help release negative emotional states and associations. The tapping technique was originally developed in America by Dr Roger Callahan. Gary Craig studied under Dr Callahan and became the founder of the emotional Freedom technique. EFT is an extremely powerful modality with many applications.
